Each idea presents a simple, self-contained concept.
Variations ordered by difficulty:
- Easy → quick to produce, minimal setup
- Medium → requires materials, locations, or collaboration
- Advanced → complex narrative, special access, or multi-day production
1. The Fruit Ninja Guy Made This Game?
Section titled “1. The Fruit Ninja Guy Made This Game?”For this video, play Feed the Deep, a game made by the creator of Fruit Ninja, and see if it deserves the hype Fruit Ninja had.
Variations
- Easy: Play the game and see if you find any easter eggs related to Fruit Ninja or other mobile games.
- Medium: Start playing the game. Each time you die, you have to switch to Fruit Ninja, and when you die there, you go back to Feed the Deep.
- Medium: Try playing this game AND Fruit Ninja at the same time.
- Advanced: Research and play all the games from the same developer, and rank them all.
2. The Oddest Game I’ve Ever Played
Section titled “2. The Oddest Game I’ve Ever Played”For this video, take a look at POOLS, a backrooms game that doesn’t have anything scary… except being so calm it gives you anxiety.
Variations
- Easy: Play for 30 minutes and describe how it feels rather than how it plays.
- Medium: Narrate your thoughts in real time as confusion slowly sets in.
- Medium: Ask your wife to play this game without any context or answering questions. Will she get scared?
- Advanced: Compare POOLS to other “walking experience” games and rank which one is the most unsettling.
3. I AM A HAND
Section titled “3. I AM A HAND”For this video, play Hand Simulator! It’s somehow harder than it looks.
Variations
- Easy: Try to complete all the levels of the game in order. You won’t be able to move on with the game until you complete the first level.
- Medium: Play in multiplayer mode but try to sabotage the other players instead.
- Medium: Let a random number generator pick what levels you play.
- Advanced: Only play the Squid Game inspired levels.
4. I Tried the First Ever Hytale Mods
Section titled “4. I Tried the First Ever Hytale Mods”The Hytale hype is nowhere near over, and with barely a few days out, there’s already mods for the game, take a look at some of them and see if they’re worth it!
Variations
- Easy: Test the mods and rank them all based on how much they improve the game or not.
- Medium: As you test the mods, try to guess which ones will become popular in the long-term.
- Medium: Try to run all the mods at the same time. Will the game crash?
- Advanced: Run all the mods at once and see if you get banned.
5. I Raised an Army of Skeletons in Hytale
Section titled “5. I Raised an Army of Skeletons in Hytale”One of the latest updates in Hytale include a necromancy grimoire! So, of course, put it to the test!
Variations
- Easy: Test how easy or hard is to actually accomplish this in the game.
- Medium: Explore all the things you can do with the skeletons to explode their full potential.
- Medium: Try to trap skeletons in your house using this spell and test what’s the most efficient way to kill them.
- Advanced: Try this new feature in a public server and battle other users with your skeleton army.
6. I Built a Zoo in Hytale
Section titled “6. I Built a Zoo in Hytale”For this video, I thought you could attempt to build a “Zoo” in Hytale, trying different ways to lure creatures in it and then trapping them.
Variations
- Easy: Capture and display as many creatures as possible.
- Medium: Try to capture not just animals but other magical creatures, like skeletons, goblins, and more.
- Medium: Let your wife decide which creatures deserve the best exhibits and run the zoo together.
- Advanced: Turn the zoo into a survival challenge! Once you’ve captured the animals… let them all loose. Will you survive?
7. Playing Games Without My Hands and Eyes
Section titled “7. Playing Games Without My Hands and Eyes”For this video, attempt to play games while removing your most important tools: hands and vision. How are you gonna play?
Variations
- Easy: To play without hands and eyes, ask your wife to play for you. Give her commands and she’ll have to pull through.
- Medium: Play with your hands but without your eyes, and ask ChatGPT to describe what’s on the screen and what you have to do.
- Medium: Same idea as before, but then try the same experiment with your son. Who’s better at this, an AI or a child?
- Advanced: Play with eyes but no hands, and use voice command to try and play the game.
8. I Downloaded Every AI-Made App Store Game
Section titled “8. I Downloaded Every AI-Made App Store Game”For this video, download and play only mobile games that appear to be entirely AI-generated or have AI made app icons.
Variations
- Easy: Judge each game based on quality and effort.
- Medium: Rank the games by how convincing they are as “real” games.
- Medium: Identify what parts of the game are AI and then ask different AIs to recreate said characters/images to figure which one they used to make the game.
- Advanced: See how many minutes it takes before each game shows you an AD.
